Gather with friends for an afternoon of foodies fun. Learn all the tricks of the trade from award-winning Room81 Chef Michael Crosbie. Don your apron and Chefs hat, pour a glass of wine and get ready to prepare a delicious three-course lunch. At the conclusion of the class, relax and unwind as your gourmet creations are served back to you coupled with matching wines.
